Due to new insurance regulations that we have just received, there is a new MANDATORY procedure required for ANY
PERSON who is UNDER 18 YEARS of age that wishes to ENTER THE PITS AT COWTOWN SPEEDWAY:
1) This 1-page form (below) must be completed PRIOR to approaching the pit window to enter the pits at Cowtown
Speedway.
2) Both biological parents are required to sign these two forms in front of notary.
3) There is a NOT a notary at Cowtown Speedway. The form cannot be completed at Cowtown Speedway.
4) This is for anyone under 18 entering pits regardless whether of racing or not.
Your computer must have Adobe Reader installed on it for this file to open and then print it out.
